Copyright and Photographs

Well, it seems that this must be discussed. Just so that we're all on the same page...

All images that I photograph and post are my personal property. Please do not right-click, or print-screen etc. Do not scan or copy. Please order adequately for your needs and gift needs. Printing on your own, scanning and copying is not nice and is considered stealing - punishable according to the copyright laws.

If you wish to have an image for your personal website or MySpace or Facebook or wallet etc., please contact me. In the case of a low resolution, web image, or ipod image, there will be little or no charge. This is a courtesy that I will extend to you. It does, however keep me in control of where, when and how my work is presented.

If you want a printed portrait, you MUST have the printing done through me so that I can control the quality.

All images on the blog will now be tagged with extra wording to remind those who are are prone to dishonesty that they should not take my images. I know they don't look as nice with the extra words, but it's what needs to be done.
