Fall Pumpkin Baby

This little guy is hardly a baby anymore! He's changed so much in the 10 months that I've known him! I'm loving the expressions he gives. He had a great time tearing out the straw and examining pumpkins and gourds. I don't think he cared at all that I had my camera! His shirt says "Mummy's Boy". ((Giggle!!)) I love it!

Free Kid's Clothes (This Sunday)

Did you read my newsletter? I have a BUNCH of clothes from newborn up through about size 6 ready to be given away.

Please come on Sunday, October 14 between 1pm and 4pm and take home whatever you may need. There are no limits.

Here's what you can find when you come on Sunday:
Boy and girl every-day clothes
Boy and girl Nice Sunday clothes
Shoes
Winter coats (all sorts of sizes - why have I been hanging on to these for so long?)
Sweaters
Sweat suit outfits (boy and girl)
Boots
Games
Books
Toys (indoor and outdoor)
Anyone need a tall dresser? I have one of those too (It's missing one handle)
Water shoes

I am happy to give these away. Please take as much as you want! Just promise that you are going to use the items you take and not go home and just list them on eBay. I could have (and occasionally do) list them for auction myself.

If you have anything you want to donate, please let me know and bring it over!

Would you please let me know if you plan on stopping by? I'd like to have some sort of idea of who may come over. At this point, NO ONE has given me a definite YES. You may leave a comment on the blog or via email or just call me.

Oh and one last thing --- Does anyone have a card table or long portable table I can borrow? I have so much stuff and I've run out of table space for organizing it and putting it out for you to browse through. PRETTY PLEASE! We can come get it in the truck. Here's the final preview for tonight.

I was happy to meet this little guy. They were able to fill my cancellation spot on Saturday. This spur of the moment appointment turned out great for us! He wasn't quite sitting on his own yet so I tried a number of younger poses on him. We got along great. He'd giggle for me and he especially liked Rachel. Thank goodness for her help!

How are these Grandma? It will be a little while before you see the full gallery. I hope this ties you over until that time.

Daddy and Daughter

Ok, now I'm on to the weekend sessions. Here's another little camera flirt. She was not at all interested in sleeping (even when she was completely tired). We weren't able to get any of the sleeping baby in a basket images, but there were still a number of precious moments captured.

Here are just a couple that jumped out at me when I was loading them onto my computer yesterday afternoon.

Family Sailor Outfit

Here was another fun session. (Have I mentioned before that I love the 6-month baby sessions?) He's wearing Dad's outfit from his 1-year old portraits. It was my job to mimic that photo.

Oh, before I show the previews, I have to mention how this session went! He was such a cooperative little guy. I was surprised that a crawling baby was sitting so still and properly. Well, did I speak too soon! Ha, ha. The second portion of the session was spent with him crawling off the portrait canvas and over to the many goodies that were on the floor behind me. So, we got out the trusty boxes and baskets and kept going!

It's funny how each age group has it's own predictable moments.

Flower Girl

I had this little gem Thursday afternoon. Her floral dress was so pretty, I just had to break out the flowers and pulled out the mini fence as well. You can tell she's a Daddy's girl. All those big smiles are for him!

Happy 6-months!

I have a number of sessions to share with my faithful blog readers. This first little one is 6-months old and as happy as can be! (Hmmm, she was sweet and happy at her 3-month session too). I think she had as good a time as I did during this session.

I just love it when babies play with their toes!

I had a family cancel for a Saturday portrait session. I know I told a few of you that I was not available on October 6th, but that has become open.

Interactive Newborn!

Oh you're going to love this little girl! She's only 7 weeks old and is already beyond her days in age! (couldn't say 'years'). It was unbelievable, she was flirting with me - no kidding! I giggled the whole photo session because she was smiling and watching my every move. I can't wait for her three-month session!
